Some services are in pilot or testing. Features marked Pilot, Preview or Testing may change, and pilot payments run in test mode. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services to break the law, to upload content you have no right to share, or to interfere with or probe our systems outside the process described on our Security page.

What our records prove

Cryptographic integrity proves origin, integrity and chronology of records, not the accuracy of the underlying measurement or the content of a document.

No warranty

The website and pilot services are provided as is. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or pilot services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
