This page explains in plain language what information SenseBeen Technologies LLC ("SenseBeen", "we") collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, organization and message when you contact us or book a call.
Documents you sign or store through our services. The documents themselves are handled by our signing and storage providers. Our proof ledger records only hashes and metadata, never file contents or file paths.
Basic technical data such as request logs kept by our hosting provider.
How we use it
To answer your requests, deliver the services you ask for, produce verifiable records of those services, and keep our systems secure. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run our services, including DocuSeal for signing, Nextcloud hosted by The Good Cloud in the EU for storage, Vercel for hosting, and Stripe for payments. See Security for details.
Public ledger records
Entries on the proof ledger are designed to be public and permanent so anyone can verify them. They contain hashes and metadata only. Because ledger entries may be anchored to Bitcoin, they cannot be deleted once written.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing ops@sensebeen.com.
