Consent to do business electronically
Last updated September 2026
Please read this before signing documents electronically with SenseBeen Technologies LLC. It explains your rights under the US Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
What you are agreeing to
By checking the consent box or signing electronically, you agree that we may provide documents, notices and disclosures to you electronically, and that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one.
This consent covers the documents you sign with us and related notices, unless you withdraw it.
Your right to paper copies
You may ask for a paper copy of any document you signed electronically at no charge. Email ops@sensebeen.com or write to us at 500 N. Central Expressway, Suite 500, Plano, TX 75074.
How to withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing ops@sensebeen.com with the subject line "Withdraw e-sign consent". Tell us your name and the document or engagement it applies to.
Withdrawal applies going forward. It does not affect documents you already signed electronically. After you withdraw, we will send future documents on paper.
Keeping your contact details current
If your email address changes, tell us at ops@sensebeen.com so we can keep sending you documents.
Hardware and software requirements
- A computer, tablet or phone with internet access.
- A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- A working email address.
- Software that can open PDF files, and a printer or storage space if you want to keep copies.
Signing provider
Electronic signatures are collected through DocuSeal. A hash of each signed document may be recorded on our proof ledger; the ledger never stores the document itself.
